“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” – Albert Einstein
Yes we have to put in all we’ve got when trying to master something. But we must balance our actions with our perspectives. Sometimes, it’s necessary to stop everything we are doing, take a step back and scan the view first. Just take a soft focus of where we are, how we got there and where we want to go next, that’s when our mind opens up to tell us what we can do to move on to the next destination.
It can get really complicated when we are so deadlocked in our immediate task at hand that we get emotionally stirred if things don’t turn out the way we expect them to be. Hence, I’ve created the mindset stack that encompasses 5 components every athlete need to have to be able to progress towards being successful. Find out more inside.
Everyone of you is no different with Olympians or Olympic gold medalists. Just a small shift of your mindset can turn you into a different athlete overnight.
