Hi, I’m Marilyn Wo and this is StarPlayer Academy episode 107.
I know, you love your sport, based on whatever reasons you gave yourself.
It’s true, that’s fine, but when it comes to days that don’t go your way, you feel loss, somehow you can’t seem to locate where you are heading towards.
The direction you once set suddenly disappeared from your vision and you ask yourself, “what is it I’ve have done wrong?” or “what is wrong with me?”
You know very well you have a mission to complete and you are all ready to be fully committed to your cause.
You set goals for yourself, you want to finish this race by this timing, this game with this number of goals or make the least mistakes as much as you can. But what happened? You did not reach what you set for yourself.
Then let me tell you this, you try it again, and again and again and again.
If you want the answer of what is wrong with you, stop doing what you are doing and that’s what’s wrong with you!
Nothing is wrong with you till you stop.

Double check your process, learn from the situation, don’t take the results personally.
Processes and results are not subjective, they don’t say, “oh you are stupid and I will come up poorly”.
They are dead and they will be created out of your actions.
They are nothing to do with what you are worth.
Does Michael Jordan score a goal every time, no! You just happen to see all his beautiful shots, and he made the processes work for him.
Usain Bolt don’t beat his own personal best all the time but he has a plan and tries his best.
It’s the same for you, don’t change who you are, change your actions.
