As an athlete, success is akin to performance which some of us can get quite obsessed with.
As mentioned before, I will be sharing a lot of my upcoming book’s content, if not all in my shows moving forward. And today’s show you will find that you can never hope to perform better but improve your work ethic to improve yourself.
There are key areas to improve yourself, and we are also going to dive into these before I expand a bit more in the future episodes.

Do you always hope to be a better player or racer to play your heart out, to improve in your fitness, your skills, game play, vision or to win the gold medal. So what exactly does this word HOPE mean?
